Well after listening to a very very very long podcast of Freelee and Dr. Doug Graham in the last 5 minutes of the podcast I suddenly heard the million dollar question from a caller....

"Why do I experience blisters in the corner of my mouth and tongue, similar to cold sores after eating bananas and dates?!!!"

"I strongly feel its because you are eating UNRIPE BANANAS!!!! This is a starch problem!!!"

So how do I know if my bananas are ripe?

Well they have little black spots all over the peels.

And they are soft when you touch them and very easy to peel.

HOW TO MAGICALLY HEAL/PREVENT COLD SORES:

1.) DON'T eat unripe bananas (when they are green, hard, and difficult to peel).

2.) DO eat ripe bananas (when they are yellow, have black spots, and easy to peel).

3.) Try alkaline pH drops if blending banana smoothies. The theory behind this is increasing the alkalinity of the smoothie. (Bananas are acidic of have a range of 4-5 pH.) And eating a diet full of acidic foods contributes to cold sores. 

4.) Keep an alkaline rich diet. To do this, before sure to include lots of alkaline rich foods- greens! Especially liquid chlorophyll. This is a life safer if you notice symptoms of a cold sore. Immediately drink several ounces of this magic juice and you will instantaneously increase the alkalinity in your body.

5.) Take Lysine supplements. 2000 milligrams a day during an outbreak or when notice symptoms of a cold sore. And you can take 500 milligrams everyday to prevent cold sores if you are prone to them.
